Consultations

On a Consultation we always ask clients what they are hoping to achieve. If it’s achievable then we can just get straight to it but we will always gives our professional opinion. Sometimes that involves telling clients things they don’t want to hear but it is our job to give you a professional opinion. You are free to either accept or reject that advice. No client should just go along with something they do not agree with and you can always ask for a second opinion(no one will be offended). It’s just the same as any other profession-you are asking for advice from someone who specialises in hair and we will always give a truthful opinion-thats our job.
