When we use a lightener to lighten hair(bleach) depending on the level of lightness desired-sometimes there are tones that are unwanted. We have all seen people walking around who have used bleach and the colour looks orangey and yellow. This is because the hair has not been toned properly. Sometimes we need to use 2 toners or more to achieve the desired results so it is unlikely if we do bleach in any colour application that we will NOT need to use a toner. This is an addional cost. Again we will tell you this at consultation.
